We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Administrator to lead the support, optimization, and continuous improvement of our SYSPRO ERP environment. This is a highly visible role partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management to ensure our ERP platform effectively supports business and production operations.

What You'll Do

• Administer and support the SYSPRO ERP system
• Manage system configuration, security, user access, upgrades, and system performance
• Support core manufacturing processes, including:
  • BOMs
  • Routings
  • MRP
  • Inventory
  • WIP
  • Purchasing
  • Production Planning
  • Revision Control
  • New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, integrations, and automation
• Partner with business leaders to identify and implement ERP solutions
• Troubleshoot system and production issues
• Improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency
• Support ERP upgrades, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

Required

• 5+ years of ERP administration, implementation, development, or support experience
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Strong understanding of:
  • BOMs
  • Routings
  • MRP
  • Inventory Management
  • WIP
  • Production Planning
  • Revision Control
• Experience with:
  • SQL Server
  • T-SQL
  • Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools
• Experience supporting workflows, integrations, reporting, and automation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work directly with business users and operational teams

Preferred

• SYSPRO 7/8 experience
• Electronics manufacturing experience
• Semiconductor equipment industry experience
• Industrial automation experience
• Experience supporting:
  • NPI
  • Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
  • Master Data
  • Production Launches
